Transition 2024

Transition 2022

Transition from primary to secondary school can be an exciting time for many Year 6 pupils.

The opportunity to experience new subjects, new activities and make new friends at a bigger school is often met with great enthusiasm. At Queen Elizabeth School we understand that whilst most pupils feel this way, some may feel nervous and anxious at the thought of starting at a new school.

That is why we have developed our transition programme, to ensure all our new starters feel supported in their transition process and that it goes as smoothly as possible.

Download our programme to see what opportunities are on offer for you and your child to find out more about life at QES and for us to get to know your child, long before their first day.
