Inter-House Cross Country
It is definitely cross country season, with the PE Department’s first Inter-House competition of the Spring! Between Monday 10th and Friday 14th January 2022, students across the school ran their allocated distance (1.6km for Year 7, 2.6km for Year 8 and 9, and 3km for Year 10 and 11) in the bid to win house points. Everyone was awarded one house point for participating and the first 10 runners achieved additional house points depending on where they placed.
The results:
1st = Loughborough with 187 points
2nd = Bath with 178 points
2nd = Oxford with 178 points
3rd = Durham with 142 points
4th = Cambridge with 133 points
5th = St Andrews with 125 points
